Weapon (shortsword), uncommon

A variant of shortsword used but special divisions and groups from the Crimson Army from the Union of Scurvy & Sodding Rallies (USSR for short). Its special design allows the user to cut their foes' skin instead of pierce their organs, which is also goresome, but kinda mainstream.

Before you make a melee attack with a this weapon, you can aim direct to the target's ankle and choose to take a -2 penalty to the attack roll. If the attack hits, you add +5 to the attack’s damage.

You can use this ability a number of time equal to your Proficiency Bonus per long rest.

Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.

Notes: Damage: Slashing, Finesse, Light, Vex
