A gift from Anima to Hope, power radiates from the eldritch inscriptions on it. Like a hinged ring it hungers for a user, waiting to be used. shifting tendons and changing memories... your body changes to your will, feeding on the chaos.
A parasitic ring, it allows the user the respec but it is bound the the user until the finger has been cut off (or on specific occasions)
Shifting tendons and broken memories ; on use it binds, first and subsequent uses follows these rules:
- you can only change up to 5 points of ability score.
- you can only change up to one feat or exchange it for a ability score increase (and vice versa).
- you also have the ability to do this again on specific occasions, usually after 2 long rests or on specific occasions (ask your DM).
Notes: Bonus: History, Bonus: Arcana, Binds on character on use, can only removed if finger is cut off.
