Brigandine and Scale Mail have a lot in common, except brigandine is made using two layers of leather and heavy cloth to form padding, one on either side of wire-bound metal platelets inside a long sleeved hauberk and leggings. It is more flexible and maneuverable than other medium armors, not imposing penalties to Dexterity (Stealth) and allowing the wearer their full Dexterity Modifier as a bonus to their Armor Class.
This armor has been reinforced with adamantine, one of the hardest materials known. It grants the wearer immunity to critical hits, causing any critical hit that would hit them to become a normal hit, instead.
This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
Notes: Stealth Disadvantage: Remove, Immunity: Critical Hits, Warding, Stealth Disadvantage
