An arrow of Elemental Power is a magic weapon that can be charged with a particular kind of elemental power. Some are more focused than others; for example, there are both arrows of elemental power and arrows of air. If it is an Arrow of Elemental Power and not a specific element, the user decides which element to charge it with for the specific attack. This deals the same amount of damage as a normal arrow + 1d8 damage from the charged element and its effects, which last for the creature's next two turns.
The arrow can be picked up and reused, but it can only be used twice per long rest.
Other types of magic ammunition of this kind exist, such as bolts of elemental power meant for a crossbow, though arrows are most common.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Damage: Fire, Damage: Acid, Damage: Cold, Damage: Lightning, Damage: Thunder, Damage, Combat, Bane, Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow
