The bearer of this tattoo becomes particularly curious and nosy always seeking information even at their own peril. They gain +2 to insight and investigation checks. Additionally the bearer can also spend 1 hit die and gain advantage on their next knowledge check of any variety.
Once per day the tattoo can be activated as an action, sending iridescent green energy from the eye and up the flames, conjuring a small glimmering orb above their hand. The bearer can spend four hit dice and cast arcane eye, without any components or spending a spell slot. Any checks made using the arcane eye use the bearers constitution modifier instead of the usual ability.
The tattoo is Produced by a special ritual, a set of tattoo tools made of dragon bone and silver, and gems costing 5000Gp.
