The service weapon of an argonaut, this lightweight, easily concealable shiv is standard-issue amongst attendees and graduates of the Argonaut Academy. Though small, an argonaut's shiv is meant to be their last line of defence under capture, and is usually the weapon that an argonaut will die wielding on the field of battle when all hope is lost. As such, each shiv has its owner's full name and date of graduation engraved onto the weapon's handle once they graduate from the Argonaut Academy, acting as a symbolic badge of honour and a means of corpse identification.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
