While wearing this ring, you can touch a solid surface like a floor, ceiling, or wall, or an object like a shelf, bed, couch, or chair (if it would be sized as at least medium) and use an action to place an all-seeing eye on it.
The eye is invisible to all but you. You can also see the eyes placed by previous wearers.
During rests, you can take an action to meditate and focus on the eyes that exist in the plane you are currently in and choose to look through one at a time. If you look through one for more than 5 minutes, beings with intelligence scores over 16 can catch on to your watchful gaze. If they find where the eye is and hit it with their hand, you lose that eye and take 2d4 psychic damage. You must then begin meditating again to look through the eyes again.
Each eye can see as the your eye does, if you were to only have one open. It cannot see through anything, and you cannot use magic during the meditation to enhance your eyesight, so if anything is placed in front of it, for example, it would only see the thing placed directly in front of it.
It takes 5 minutes to get into a full meditative state, and 10 minutes if you were forced out of it and are trying to get back into it. You can instantly change eyes by focusing on another eye.
Notes: The size doesn't change to fit the wearer, so it is unlikely it fits you well. If you wish to wear it, you will likely have to wear gloves over it to make sure it doesn't fall off. (Or your DM can decide on the size and who can wear it and on which finger), Creation, Scrying, Detection, Jewelry, Handwear, enchantment
