Anvil Feather

This item looks like a simple feather, a blue base color with a black stripe down the middle. But after 10 minutes of someone hold the feather it will begin to feel heavier. It gains the weight of 100 anvils and will immobilize the holder and give them 5 exhaustion points until the drop the feather.
