While attuned with this item, a person regains 1d10 hit points every 30 minutes.
Once per day, if a creature is wearing this item, is attuned to it and if they are reduced to 0 hit points, they instead are reduced to 1 hit point. Players regain this ability at dawn.
Once per day, if a creature is wearing this item and is attuned to it, they may cast either the Greater Restoration spell or the True Resurrection spell. Material components are still required to cast either spell. Spell ability recharges at Dawn.
