These magic bracers are covered in iridescent mother-of-pearl. While wearing these bracers, you gain a +1 bonus to AC if you are wearing no armor and using no shield. In addition, you have a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.

Once per day as an action you may bring your forearms together to reflect light off the bracers in a 15-foot cone of dazzling colors in front of you. Each creature in the area who sees the dazzling colors must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature becomes charmed for one minute. While charmed, the creature is incapacitated and has a speed of 0. The spell ends for an affected creature if it takes any damage or if someone else uses an action to shake the creature out of its stupor. This ability can only be activated while you are standing in bright light. The bracers regain this ability at dawn.
