Arrowhead of Vulnerability

This arrowhead can be affixed to an existing arrow as an action. When an attack using this arrow hits its target, it does normal damage for that weapon, and induces vulnerability to magical and nonmagical piercing damage in the struck target for 1 minute. The arrow is destroyed on a successful hit but may be recovered on a miss.
