Armor of Iron Man

Forged by the legendary Stark, said to be the first Artificer, commonly known as Iron Man.

When not donned this armor appears to be a blue, glowing gemstone amulet suspended on a long mithral chain. Once attuned the wearer has the ability to don this magical armor quickly, as it appears to flow forth from the amulet and completely encase the wearers body in smooth, jointed plate mithral armor of red and gold.

As a bonus action (provided the creature is not already wearing other armor) the wearer can touch the amulet, therefore donning this magical Plate Armor +3.The armor can also be doffed as a bonus action, in which it reverts back to its amulet form.

Once donned the armor grants the wearer a 21 armor class (AC), a strength score of 22, and a flying speed of 60 feet. While wearing the armor you also gain the ability to cast the cantrip Eldritch Blast (single beam) as a bonus action using your new adjusted strength as the attack modifier.

While the armor is donned you are immune to bludgeoning, piercing and slashing from non-magical weapons. You gain resistance to all damage excluding psychic, thunder and lightning.

The armor has its own pool of hitpoints which equals the wearers character level x5. While wearing the armor all damage except psychic damages the armor rather than the wearer. Once the armor's hit point pool reaches 0 it reverts back to the amulet and the wearer loses all benefits granted by the armor. If the armor reaches 0 hit points it cannot be donned again for 24 hours.

If the armor is damaged but does not reach 0 hit points, once it is doffed it regains 5 hit points per hour.

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
