This necklace is made out of woven cobalt metal, with a blood red ruby clutched by clawed hands for the setting. If one looks closely at the ruby, you can see runes etched inside of the ruby.
When attuned to this, you may store 20 sets of clothing in it, and switch through them as an action. Storing the clothing in the amulet is an action, and once it is in the amulet, it is repaired, cleaned, and made to be pristine. If it is an old set, it looks brand new, as if never worn prior. It feels like it is custom fit to you, and is unbelievably comfortable. Even if your clothing is destroyed, if you had previously stored it in the amulet, it will produce a new set as an action. Only one set can be created at a time. Any clothing you wear that was saved to the amulet also doesn't stain, doesn't wrinkle, and repairs itself when people aren't looking.
Also, as an action, you can make superficial modifications to your clothing, like changing the color, length of clothing, adding a hood or removing one, adding or removing embroidery, etc. These are temporary, but are not illusory, the clothing is physically changed.
While armor CAN be stored in it, it cannot alter any armor beyond changing colors of it, or adding illusory affects.
When you un-attune to it, all clothing comes out as it was originally put in.
