This isn't your Grandpa's Lute as this is both a magical instrument as well as a magical weapon. As a greatclub this weapon will never break and as an instrument this lute's strings will never snap let alone need to be tuned.
If you use the Axe of the Archbard with the Plectrum of the Archbard, than when you make (Performance) checks with only these two magical items, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
If you have proficiency with a given musical instrument, you can add your proficiency bonus to any ability checks you make to play music with the instrument. A bard can use a musical instrument as a spellcasting focus.
Proficiency with a Greatclub allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Push. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can push the creature up to 10 feet straight away from yourself if it is Large or smaller.
Notes: Damage, Combat, Instrument, Focus, Two-Handed, Push
