Appears as a cut crystal potion bottle with an inky black liquid inside.
While attuning to this magic item, the user can visualize what an ideal Sanctuary would be for them.
As an action, the user can pour out the contents of the bottle which will instantly form into a standing portal large enough for medium creatures to pass through unhindered. The user can open or close the portal if they are within 30 feet of it. While closed, the portal is invisible.
The interior of the Sanctuary is an extradimensional space in the shape of a 20-foot-radius cylinder, 20 feet high made of smooth black stone. The space is furnished and decorated as the user envisioned while attuning.
The portal to the Sanctuary remains active for 16 hours unless ended early by the user.
When the portal deactivates it sublimates into wispy black smoke, any creatures or objects left inside the extradimensional space are expelled into the open spaces nearest to the entrance before this happens.
The Bottled Sanctuary slowly refills itself after use and is ready to reuse after 8 hours.
