Wondrous Item, common (requires attunement by a character)
A series of small medallions attached to a silver chain. This amulet was prized by those who were often distant from those important to them.
When attuned you always know the direction of the necklaces pair and the current health and any conditions affecting the wearer as long as it is on the same plane of existence.
