Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Can not be removed once attuned)
The medallion allows the caster to cast a single spell at 1 level higher than the slot used.
Once it has been used it can not be used again until the next day.
Additionaly using the amulet allows access to the following additional spells (but only when cast via the amulet):
- Gentle Repose (2nd Level)
- Vampiric Touch (3rd level)
- Blight (4th level)
Notes: Can not be removed once attuned
