When drank by a player or NPC in 1d4 hours one of the following abilities will permenantly be available to the player.(only one person can use as they have to drink it all.)
1d4
1: every 4 hours a beam of 5 x 65 ft will fire from one of the users hands. Target makes dex save to avoid (dc 15) or takes 4d4 +2 radiant or necrotic damage radiant for right hand or necrotic for left
2/3: the users hands become 1.5 ft long blades that can be changed to normal and back at will. They deal 1d6 +2 slashing or peircing damage each and can both be used in onne turn. They each have +3 to hit.
4: the user expels compressed air from the hands at will giving them a 15ft flying speed and the bility to push back all targets in range of a 15ft cone by 10ft and the targets fall prone. This effect can be avoided by targets using a dc 15 str saving throw.

A lot of issues with this item. I would suggest players not include this in their campaigns.
