Wondrous Item, common
A plain looking Quill with a pure white feather and black nib. This quill allows the holder to write magical, glowing words in the air. The words can be of any color, and they last for an hour or until dispelled. Once a day, the wielder of the pen can write a single word, or draw a single picture, that will stay hanging in the air for a month.
