The Arch Paladin Emblem is a sign of honor for all Paladins. If you bear one of these on your armor it strikes fear in enemies and gives you honor from the public. It shows you're able to strike down any opponent in front of you and keep your party protected.
If a Paladin wears this on their armor it grants them the ability to perform two abilities once per long rest.
Prayer of Protection.
Take an action to use your holy symbol and pray to Akhula for protection for your teammates. You must make a religion check of 13 or higher for this to work. If it succeeds everyone in a 10 foot range of you (18th level 30) gets a plus 6 to their armor class for the next time they take a hit including you. If it fails then nothing happens.
Prayer of Redemption
Take an action to use your holy symbol and pray to Akhula for Redemption for your teammates. You must make a religion check of 14 or higher for this to work. If it succeeds then every enemy that attacked on their last turn with magic gets the damage they dealt dealt back to them, but with radiant damage.
You can use each ability once per long rest. Short rests do not regain charges for this item.
