Amulet of the Silver-Wyrm

A silver amulet fashioned by Grandmaster Dhulga Duskminer. Made in honor of Xavier von Balter for being the one who served the killing blow to Ghar'Kalin XXVII deep within his hovel.

In darkness, the amulet sheds mystical light, creating bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 15 feet. Additionally, the amulet glows a deep green color if the children of Ghar are within 150 feet of the holder.

Determined Action

When you make an attack roll while wearing the amulet, you can forgo rolling the d20 to get a 10 on the die. Once used, this property can’t be used again until the next dawn.
