The required items are:
One Amulet, one Crystal, one Band of Loyalty, one Crystal Ball, one Ioun Stone, one Mithral Armor, one Ring of Spell Storing, one Ring of Telekinesis, one Universal Solvent, one Holy Water, or other items the DM approves of with similar effects.
Once crafted, the amulet provides the protection of Mage Armor, along with the at-will casting of Detect Thoughts.
The amulet also will allow for the use of Telepathic Bond until dispelled.
The amulet also allows the user to command metal not held by a creature to be turned into an enchanted smart metal that, when not in use, is stored in a pocket dimension and can only make magic items of the same weight as the metal stored.
