Amulet of the Monstrous Tongue

This thick muscle-like cord is braided into a complex pattern to loop around the neck. It is crafted from the dried and woven tongue of a monstrosity that lurked the world of mortal humanoids. You can grab the thick cord and fill your voice with the languages of monstrosities. As an action, you can cast Speak with Animals on yourself, except the spell's effects work on monstrosities instead of beasts. The spell otherwise functions as normal and has the same duration. Once you activate this item you can't do so again until you finish a short rest.
