In addition, you can use a bonus action and a verbal command to cause Zealot's Lash to extend into a bladed whip. In its whip form, Zealot's Lash retains all of its normal statistics with the attack range increasing to 10ft. This ability lasts for one minute or the wielder uses a bonus action and verbal command to retract the blade.
Proficiency with a Scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
