Arcane Bracers

   Runic symbols adorn these simple wrist guards. While wearing these bracers, you regain spell slots of 2nd level or lower on a short rest. When combined with Arcane Shoulder wraps or an Arcane waist Guard, the level of spell slots you recover increase by two for each additional item, to a maximum of 6th level.
