Amulet of Zeboim

Master of Your Domain:  You control all undead who reside within the temple of Zeboim on Skull Isle.  They will obey your commands, but cannot leave the grounds of the temple.

Storm's Wrath:  When you roll lightning damage for a spell you cast, you can reroll any roll of 1 on the lightning damage dice, but you must use the new roll, even if it is another 1.

Storm's Mantle:  Whenever you cast a spell that deals lightning damage, you can cause bolts of lightning to flash around you until the end of your next turn. The lightning bolts don’t harm you or your possessions, and they shed bright light out to 30 feet and dim light for an additional 30 feet. While the lightning is present, any creature within 5 feet of you that hits you with a melee attack takes 1d4 plus your spellcasting modifier in lightning damage.

Notes: This item requires attunement. Only characters recognized as being true heroes of Zeboim are able to attune to this item. Anyone else who holds it can feel the power of the storm within it, but are unable to access it or use its abilities., Can only be attuned by Champion of Zeboim
