This tarnished pocket watch is said to have been created by one of the greatest magical artisans in the world, commissioned by the great thief Otho Madwell to facilitate escapes.
The watch is used to teleport to various places in the material plane. The watch works by setting up to twelve points that can be teleported to, this is done by opening the face of the watch, preferably on the hour, then standing in that spot for exactly one hour before closing the watch's face. To teleport to that spot you must open the watches face, set to the beginning of the hour marking where you want to teleport to, then close the watch. When the watch is closed you, along with up to three other people, are transported to a demiplane until the hour is up, there is no other way of leaving the demiplane without using another form of interdimensional travel. If interdimensional travel is used to reach the material plane, then you will be forced to drop randomly within 100 ft. of the point where you entered the watch's demiplane, no matter what.
If another demiplane is opened within the watch's demiplane and the watch's time runs out, then the entrance to the demiplane (not including Sack of Holding or similar items) will be randomly placed on any solid surface of necessary surface area within 500 ft. of the exit point (including surfaces that are underwater). If there is no surface within 500 ft. of the exit point that the demiplane entrance can be placed on, then it will be destroyed, this destruction is only reversible with a wish spell or a spell/item capable of opening portals to specific demiplanes.
Notes: Long Rest spent meditating while holding the watch
