After taking a big boy hit from the vape you gain a breath weapon for as long as you can hold your breath (1+constitution modifier minutes). During this time you cannot speak or cast spells. Each vape has 5 charges in it before the juice runs out. Attempting to take a hit after that burns the coil and you take 1d4 fire damage. When used, you must make a DC 13 Con save or become addicted. When addicted you must take a hit of your vape 3x per day or become cranky. If you are cranky you have disadvantage on all ability checks and saving throws. A different flflavor of juice changes the element of the breath weapon.
