This Totsuka no Tsurugi is modeled after the divine sword used to kill the fire god Kagutsuchi after his birth burned his mother Izanami to death. When you strike a creature with this sword, the blood of Kagutsuchi flows down the blade and burns the creature, dealing an additional 2d6 fire damage.
When you score a critical hit or reduce a creature to 0 hit points, you may flourish the blade and fling the blood of Kagutsuchi to the ground, summoning a spectral avatar of the Rain God Kuraokami until the end of your next turn. Kuraokami also wields a ten-hands greatsword, and mimics your attacks. Each time you deal damage while Kuraokami is summoned, add 2d6 cold damage to your damage rolls.
Proficiency with a Greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
Notes: Damage: Fire, Damage, Combat, Heavy, Two-Handed, Graze
