Amulet of Moradin's Champion

This amulet was created by the Dwarven Smiths of Wave Echo Cave.  It bears the symbol of Moradin and is crafted of Electrum and inlaid with diamonds. While wearing this holy symbol, the wearer can cast the Bless spell at 1st level 3 times per day, without concentration.  Otherwise, the Bless spell functions as normal.  In addition, the wearer can use the Lay on Hands ability at +3 levels.  Finally, the wearer gains a +1 bonus to AC and saving throws while wearing this Amulet.  This Amulet requires that the user is a Paladin of Moradin.
