Ancestral Cloak

Level 2: Any time you cast a spell that uses a spell slot you can use a charge to roll percentile dice. The number you roll is your chance to not use a spell slot.

Level 5: You gain advantage on your rolls with this cloak.

Level 8: You get an extra charge.

Level 12: You gain Advantage on all Charisma based checks.

Level 18: You can cast an additional cantrip per turn.

Level 20: You gain an additional spell slot.

No one can remove this cloak unless they cast remove curse. while this cloak is equipped you will passively gain an exhaustion point every 6 hours. You also have disadvantage on all Strength based checks.

This cloak must scream but it has no mouth. This cloak has seen many horrors while being under many peoples ownership. This cloak has seen many horrors many more unfathomable to mortals. This has seen so much and now so must you.

This cloak is black with blue screaming faces swirling in it's design. While you have the hood up you can hear faint but intense screaming all around you as if  there's a tragedy happening just over the hill or behind the walls.

An outfit made of pride silk weighs 4 pounds and costs 500 gp. If you aren’t wearing armor, your base Armor Class is 11 + your Dexterity modifier while wearing it.
