Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a bard, cleric, druid, sorcerer or wizard of good alignment)

Blessed by Corellon Larethian himself, this amulet carries the essence of the resiliency and arcane potency of The Protector himself. Surfacing only rarely seen throughout recorded history, it is known to boost the power of dedicated mages and other wielders of arcane power. Its slim frame is wrought of fine gold with shards of an opaque silvery crystal. When channelling large amounts of magic, a whistling sound like that of the wind is audible from the amulet, witness to Corellon's elemental mastery and sheer magical might.

While attuned to  and worn, this magical item grants a +2 bonus to the spell attack rolls and saving throw DCs of your spells.

In addition to this, this item grants boons to characters of different classes that are attuned to it. This takes effect when the amulet is on their person and they complete a short rest (Druid, Sorcerer or Wizard) or long rest (Bard or Cleric). You may only benefit from one of these boons at a time, and if you are eligible for more than one, choose which will apply to you when attuning to this item. After benefiting from one of these, you may not benefit from it or any others again until the following dawn, at which time any remaining benefits disappear. These boons are as follows:

- Bard: One of your Bardic Inspiration dice is now a 'Critical Inspiration' die and counts for double dice - e.g., if you were to roll a Bardic Inspiration die of 1d8, a Critical Inspiration Die now counts for 2d8. This Critical Inspiration dice can be used for all applications of a normal Bardic Inspiration die.

- Cleric: You gain an additional use of your Channel Divinity that does not count towards your total amount of uses.

- Druid: You regain a number spell slots whose combined level is equal to your proficiency bonus. A Circle of the Land Druid's Natural Recovery feature can be increased by this amount.

- Sorcerer: You regain a number of Sorcerery Points equal to your proficiency bonus.

- Wizard: When you recover spell slots using your Arcane Recovery feature, the combined total spell slot level that you recover increases by a number equal to your proficiency bonus.

Notes: Bonus: Spell Attacks, Bonus: Spell Save DC, bard, cleric, druid, sorcerer or wizard of good alignment
