Wondrous Item, very rare
Found in the dungeon of the Dragon Queen and guarded by a young red dragon, this flute contains incredible and uncontrollable power.
1) When whoever uses this dies, the flute is likewise destroyed, however, the user is reborn with the flute as a Dragonborn spirit, this can only happen once.
2) once played, the flute binds itself to the user, and if anyone else plays it, it casts fireball at 9th level
3) gives the wizard spell list up to the player casting level, yes it does level with the player.
4) 4 1st level, 3 2nd level, 3 3rd level, 3 4th level, 2 5th level, spell slots at player level 10.
