Wondrous Item, artifact
A collection of accounts filled with ancient legends and teachings of Helm and his followers. The Ancient Tome of Helm can only be used by Clerics or Paladins of Helm.
Once per long rest, you may spend an Action to read from the tome for 10 minutes. You gain one of the following benefits:
- You have advantage on all checks to avoid being frightened or charmed by a creature of evil alignment for the day
- You heal one level of exhaustion
- You have a +10 bonus on the next history check involving Helm or a worshipper of his in the next hour.
