While attuned to this arrow, you can use your action to psychically move the arrow up to 20 feet and pierce a target. If you successfully hit a target, you can use your bonus action on that turn to target another enemy within 5 feet of the first. The arrow is able to stay afloat for a number of rounds equal to your Charisma modifier (provided you are concentrating on it) before needing to return to it's quiver.
When you attack with this weapon, you can use your Charisma modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls.
Proficiency with a Dart allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
