Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Phoenix Scocer)
Once attuned, the feather sinks into the skin and appears as a tattoo. Ash can remove the feather at will, others can not remove it with out using magic.
Ash can meditate and commune with Auora the Phoenix, the original bearer of the feather.
Ash’s wings are always present when the feather is in her position. The extra radiant damage is only applied when radiant soul is active.
