This strange necklace seems to be made of a gentle starlight moving within a silver frame. Strange symbols and lines fill the light, constantly moving. While attuned to this item you have access to two additional Starry Forms, as described below:
The Father. A constellation of a father and child appears on you. While using this form, you can use the Help action as a reaction instead of an action. In addition, when you use the Help action, the target gets a bonus to their roll equal to your Wisdom modifier.
When you gain the Twinkling Constellations feature, the bonus to the roll equals your Wisdom modifier plus your Proficiency Bonus.
The Eye. A constellation of an eye appears on you. While using this form, you gain darkvision up to 120 feet. In addition, you gain advantage on all Perception checks and Investigation checks. Additionally when the Eye is active you gain the ability to cast detect magic without expending a spell slot.
When you gain the Twinkling Constellations feature, the length of time you can stay in this form increases to 1 hour instead of 10 minutes.
In addition, you can use a bonus action, you can project a star map in a dome like sphere around you that sheds bright light for 10 feet and dim light for an additional ten feet. This map can be changed to different perspectives to show an accurate current placement of the stars and planets. When this map is active, you have advantage to Survival checks for determining direction or your location.
Notes: Requires attunement by a Circle of Stars druid
