Amulet of Torchlight

A small crystalline stone, wreathed with a silver band across its center, the stone has a faint glow and a humming that is quite apparent to any being holding it.

Speaking the stone's command word, as a bonus action, causes the amulet's faint glow to brighten, emitting 20ft of bright light and 40ft of dim light for up to 1 hour. The stone can be dimmed as a bonus action, returning to its inactive state. After being active for an hour the stone goes dark, no longer emitting its low hum. At the next rising of the moon, the charge of power is regained and the stone's low hum returns.
