Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Buy a Rangers )
A Quiver maid from displacer beast hide and spun spider silk.
This quiver is chaotic evil with an intelligent score of 17 and can speak under common drow and elven.
If you do not share one of its two alignments with it when you pick it up you have to make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be possessed by the quiver. The only way to remove the possession is by removing the curse on the item.
