A thick steel colored Anti-magic Collar that nullifies the magic of any creature it's attached to, size medium or smaller. This Anti-magic Collar is adjustable with a series of latches, as it will not magically stretch to fit the holder. There is a combination lock attached to the back.
To fit the Anti-magic Collar to an appropriate size on a new target takes an action.
To Anti-magic Collar the collar to a target and set the combination lock takes another action.
To break the combination, without knowing it, takes an intelligence test of 20.
To break an attached collar takes a strength test of 22.
This Anti-magic Collar nullifies any source of magic including, but not limited, to the arcane and divine.
