Wondrous Item, common
This item is equipped to the forearm and fires a rope (hempen rope by default), which much be manually rewound after each firing. The range is 20/60. Any item that can be tied to rope can be tied to this item's rope, and can change the utility of the item. For example, a grappling hook can be tied to the end of the rope, which will allow this item to be used as a launching grappling hook.
