Amulet Of Fluidity

Amulet Of Fluidity: While wearing this amulet, you may change your sex as an action to male, female, both, or neither. You function as that sex so long as you are that sex, and can lead to pregnancy and/or impregnating someone. Must use an action to change character's sex by turning the front part of the amulet to the matching symbol on the back side. If you force it to be in the middle of the two symbols it may result in abnormal effects.
Most faiths outside of Keystone only have 2 of the symbols (♂ or ♀). Its seen as abnormal by them and some towns outright ban this amulet by some faiths and countries removing the information showing that this amulet exists, also they will alter the Symbols and remove the ones they see as abnormal. But forcing it into the middle of the two symbols will activate the hidden options, being able to have both sexual reproductive organs or none of them. But it wasn't designed by the gods to limit one's self, it was meant to allow freedom and choice and exploration of self and magic.
WARNING!
Removing the amulet will make the sex change permanent and will have to use the amulet to reverse the spell or a dispel magic DC 15.
