Arawai's Yellow Glitter Grenade

These grenades are produced by the Undorian party company Arawai's Activities, and they are usually found at gender reveal parties among posh nobles. However, they can be repurposed to pack quite a punch! By expending an action, the wielder can activate and lob a glitter grenade, targeting a space within 50 feet. All enemies within a 10-foot radius of the targeted space must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw to resist the nonmagical effect. On a failure, a creature suffers 2d6 fire damage and 2d6 piercing damage, and half as much damage on a success. Additionally, if the attack hits any target, roll a d4. On an even value, all targets hit are covered in pink glitter. On an odd value, the glitter's color is blue. Any targets covered in the glitter cannot succeed on stealth ability checks without magical assistance or changing apparel.
