Ring, rare
Mythal Bands are created by weaving together remnants of destroyed mythals and infusing those siphoned off energies into a ring. Bands such as these are rare, and are the achievements of powerful mages who have long studied the epic magics of the ancient elves- hoping to learn a way to recreate them.
This ring allows the wearer to attempt to cancel one magical effect, as the spell Dispel Magic, but at a range of touch and requiring no verbal or somatic components. Once you use this property, you can't use it again until after you've finished a long rest.
