Amulet of the Plane Dweller

Amulet which provides protection from the deleterious effects of the lower planes.  Only provides protection from one plane at a time.  Once per 24 hour period, the wearer of this amulet can choose to be considered a native of one outer plane .  NOTE:  This effect will cause Banishment to send the wielder to selected plane.
