While you have this libram on your person, you gain a +3 bonus to spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your spells. While holding this libram you can use it as a spellcasting focus, as described in the spellcasting section.
You can use your Channel Divinity feature twice without expending the feature’s uses. Once this property is used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn. And grants two additional damage die when using the paladin's Smite feature.
