Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a by a Tiefling)
Formed from the crystallized blood of the demon lord Bael, two of these amulets were made by Vecna for his servants Vazan and Maran, granting them power but tying them to his will.
- Awaken Bloodline:
- Your hide toughens, granting you a +2 to AC.
- Leathery wings sprout from your back. You gain a flying speed of 45ft.
- Once per long rest, you may unleash the corrupting power of a demon lord as a bonus action. All creatures within 60ft of you must make a DC 19 wisdom saving throw, changing their alignment to evil for one week on a fail.
- Infernal Flame:
- 3 times per long rest, you may create a lance of demonfire as a bonus action. All creatures within a 5 foot wide, 100 foot line must make a dexterity saving throw, taking 7d6 fire damage and 7d6 necrotic damage on a fail, or half as much on a success.
- Grasp of Vecna:
- You cannot disobey direct orders made by Vecna.
