It is the painmaker. You throw it at a target, and if the ranged weapon attack hits, they take 1d6 of every type of damage. Once thrown, the sandal returns to your hands. If the target survives, they are frightened of you forever. If they are immune to being frightened, they die. The sandal destroys their soul.
