While attuned to this enchanted scaled amulet, you take on a draconic persona. As an action, you can transform your physical traits to resemble one of a dragonborn. the transformation is not an illusion, but physical and tangible, as if changing your appearance with the alter self spell, which can be dismissed as an action. The draconic ancestry you represent, whether chromatic, metallic, or gem, is determined by your current alignment, as listed on the table below.

Additionally, While in your draconic form, you can expend a charge from the amulet as a bonus action to have resistance to the damage type associated with the draconic ancestry you're representing for 1 minute.
