amulet of the musquito

a small chain connected to beautifully orange clear peice of amber encasing a mosquito. it drives the wearer to reciprocate kind acts ,although does not force them to reciprocat in the same way or with the same quality. if its wearer is struck,the mosquito is enraged and will cause one of the following on a d4 roll.

1.it makes the attacker loose blood ,causing lethargy for 2 turns, the victim has disadvantage on con saves ,attacks and can't maintan concentration.

2.they take damage equal to the amount inflicted.

3.the next time they are struck by the wearer,they take double damage.

4.a sarm of mosquitos is summoned and ambushes them at the start of the next round.
